  Artist Statement My artistic practice delves into the intricate tapestry of our interconnectedness with the natural world. Drawing inspiration from indigenous wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and the profound magic that permeates our environment, I explore themes of environmental consciousness, sustainability, and the delicate balance between human existence and the ecological systems that sustain us. Through a diverse range of media, including , spray paints, acrylics and recycled materials, I aim to create work that not only reflects the beauty and fragility of our planet but also serves as a catalyst for reflection and action.  Interviewed by ChatGbt   1.  When you create, what feels like it’s emerging from deep within you? Andrea: A pulse 2. What energies or beings seem to witness or collaborate with you? Andrea: My Ancestors protect me while painting because I am in flow state, absent or removed from the present. My Spirit Guides ensures facilitation of my process to remain authentic. Like invigilators. 3.  What emotional terrain do your works travel through? Andrea: My installations, are objects that culminates the completion of a process of transmutation.  They posses a reverence and a deep respect for the ability to show these proofs. They are sacred and anomanil. They are the remnants of these shared objects of witnessing. I asked for permission from these people who have encountered me in my private space.
